My appliance stopped working?

National Beauty will only replace and honour product warranties for Hot Tools® products purchased via our online store www.hottools.ie.
Change of mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel.
If exercising your statutory right to cancel, you may inspect the goods in the same way you would in a shop. You should take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. A deduction may be made from any refund where the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
Faulty products
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Where goods are returned because they are faulty or non-conforming, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by us.
Hair tools are considered a hygienic product and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of our customers. This is an industry standard and other hair tool companies do not allow opened items to be returned for the same reason.
What is the warranty on my appliance?
Our Limited Warranty offers a one year warranty.
How do I know if my product is dual voltage?
You will find this information on the outside of the packaging.
How long is the cord on my appliance?
Our cords are 8 ft. long or 9 ft. long.
Where can I find the model number on my product?
This information can be found on the handle of the appliance, or on the back of the product. For hair straighteners it will be between the handles.
Is my appliance UL listed?
This information will be on the outside of the packaging.

Emits gentle, far-infrared heat. The cuticle is not over-heated which helps protect hair integrity and minimize damage.
What is Ion?
Dries hair faster. Negative ions reduce the size of water droplets and add moisture into hair. Prevents frizz, adds volume and make hair soft and shiny.
What is tourmaline?
Retains natural moisture for superior shine.
What is titanium?
Even heat distribution and is corrosion-resistant.
